Strong professional expertise

Our two creative directors are actively involved in all of the company's projects, emphasising collaboration and the development of the best ideas and solutions.

Our ambition for strong professional expertise is supported by a variety of initiatives within the studio – including internal networks (Landscape, Materials, Project Management, Transformation, and Mobility). We also facilitate a project leader forum and organise internal training sessions.

Additionally, we host Salons featuring presentations from both internal and external speakers, go on excursions, and every other year, we take a shared study trip. Every Friday morning, we gather for internal presentations on the studio’s projects, professional initiatives, and general updates.

Internship with us

At Gottlieb Paludan Architects, interns are a valuable and integral part of the company, and their internship is viewed as an opportunity to develop and professionalize their skills within the field. All interns are offered the GPA Practice module and are assigned a mentor who acts as a guide throughout the internship period. The mentor ensures that the program challenges the interns’ abilities and equips them for a professional career in the construction industry.

Watch our video where former interns share their experiences from their internship at Gottlieb Paludan Architects.

The best part of my internship was becoming an integral part of a project and getting to follow and understand all the processes involved in guiding projects through real-world scenarios.
