Nature & Climate
At Gottlieb Paludan Architects, we view the interaction between nature, climate, and architecture as the foundation for creating sustainable and relevant solutions. We believe that a strong society is built on a harmonious balance between people and nature, where we collaborate with - rather than work against - natural processes. In a time of climate change and biodiversity crisis, it is more important than ever to develop solutions that integrate nature considerations and climate resilience. Our approach combines technical and aesthetic aspects to create projects that strengthen both nature and community.

Our approach
What can you expect as a client or partner?
When you collaborate with Gottlieb Paludan Architects, you receive close dialogue and dedicated professional commitment. We offer services such as analyses, goal setting, visualisations, material selection, and strategic advice. We help prioritise resources and solutions so that the full potential of the project is realised - without compromising either sustainability or functionality.
We also actively work to create a strong narrative around projects. Our solutions often include communication opportunities that raise awareness about the project’s values and create proud users and stakeholders.

Marise has particular expertise in the development of large scale ‘technical landscapes’ in connection with infrastructure projects such as transport corridors or energy production.
Her focus lies on the integration of landscape qualities and technical functions, balancing requirements to create value for clients, nature and citizens alike. Marise has extensive experience in preparing and communicating landscape analyses, for example in connection with landscape plans of any scale, holistic plans and solution proposals for urban planning and urban space projects, rainwater management and EIA reports.
In addition, Marise has developed her skills in CO2 calculations for landscape projects as well as in the field of biodiversity. She devotes most of her time on master plans, landscape analyses, competitions, drafting, idea and concept development, communication and on writing publications.
