Just out: Gottlieb Paludan Architects’ 2025 profile booklets

We are pleased to share the latest editions of Gottlieb Paludan Architects’ profile booklets. The publications showcase a range of our profile projects as well as our approach to architecture and design. They are now available in printed versions at our office in Copenhagen or online on this website for you to explore.

At Gottlieb Paludan Architects, we specialise in shaping the infrastructure that keep our societies together and the new booklets represent two of our primary sectors – Energy, Water & Industry and Mobility & Transport – with examples of projects that highlight our range as well as our approach towards turning technical and infrastructural challenges into beautiful and durable buildings, landscapes and product design.

In Energy, Water & Industry, you can read about our masterplan for Denmark's largest logistics hub, Odense Dry Port. In addition, you'll find power plants and water plants as well as descriptions of our work with critical facilities, such as data centres, P2X facilities and solar parks.

In Mobility & Transport, you can dive into our work on the renovation and modernisation of Copenhagen Central Station, our role in the development of the capital's newest metro line to Sydhavnen as well as ongoing mobility projects in the Nordic region.

World's largest energy plant turns waste into energy in Shenzhen, China

Designed by Gottlieb Paludan Architects and Schmidt Hammer Lassen, the Shenzhen Energy Ring marks an innovative approach to waste management. With its distinctive, circular shape and a 1.1-kilometre public roof path, the facility is both a high-performing energy facility and a destination for learning and experiences.

Copenhagen Central Station is being modernised and future-proofed

A team of consultants led by Artelia and Gottlieb Paludan Architects has been commissioned to modernise Copenhagen Central Station to prepare it for increasing passenger numbers. The project will create greater safety and better accessibility for travellers, which is why the station hall will be transformed to make it more manageable and the historic architecture more visible.

Gottlieb Paludan Architects is among the selected consultants for a national framework agreement on total consultancy for The Danish Ministry of Defence Estate Agency. The agreement covers building, construction and maintenance projects across Defence facilities throughout Denmark.

Tyresta National Park's new bridge is prominently featured in the Swedish magazine ‘Arkitektur’. The bridge, located south of Stockholm, is developed to integrate functional design with the surrounding landscape.

New Bridge Enhances Connectivity for Pedestrians and Cyclists at DTU

In the summer of 2024, a new bridge opened at DTU in Lyngby. The bridge, designed specifically for cyclists and pedestrians, spans Asmussens Allé high above the tracks of the forthcoming light rail, thereby enhancing accessibility on campus. The bridge was created by Gottlieb Paludan Architects in collaboration with KI Consulting Engineers.

Future food production must be both sustainable and industrial

Make industrial agriculture sustainable! This is the vision of the development project ‘Greenhouse Pigs’ which is currently showcased at the Food Revolution 5.0 exhibition in Hamburg. The project moves industrial food production away from the rural environment and into an urban setting and it combines pig production and greenhouse horticulture into a symbiotic and sustainable form of agriculture.
